The Website is freely accessible to any user with internet access. Bleu et Associés strives to keep the Website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended at any time, in particular for maintenance or updates, without notice and without giving rise to any compensation.

Costs related to internet access and equipment remain the user's responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (structure, text, photographs, illustrations, project showcases, logos, trademarks, videos, graphic elements, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bleu et Associés or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version of these terms, the French version shall prevail.
