Bleu & Associés works as a genuine design partner: technically rigorous, creatively aligned, and experienced in the most complex multi-lot project briefs that deliver on time and without reserve.

Design integration
Every installation is co-designed to align with your architectural language, material palette, and spatial logic — eliminating the visual disconnect that off-the-shelf solutions create.
Technical reliability
Fewer reserves. Cleaner handovers
Full EN 1176 compliance, detailed technical documentation, and collaborative site coordination mean play elements land on programme — and don't come back to you after delivery.
Long-term partnership
A partner for your whole portfolio
From concept to commissioning, we provide the resources and responsiveness that complex, multi-lot projects demand — so you can specify confidently, project after project.

Our approach to creating memorable play experiences
Places where art becomes something you can play.
Playable is our answer to the play space that blends into the background. Halfway between urban furniture and artistic installation, a Playable environment integrates play into the community everyday life. Designed to encourage movement, sharing, and spontaneous use across all ages and abilities, these are spaces that give an existing place a new reason to exist.
Active Design
The aim is to promote simple actions like walking, running, jumping, following a route, changing pace, integrated into daily routines.

Understand how we design
The questions our clients and partners ask most — and what makes our approach different.
How do you work with architects and landscape architects?×
We join the project as a technical partner. You keep the vision and we bring the expertise to turn the play space into a buildable, certified reality.
Collaboration is close, from first sketches to final installation.
Can a bespoke play area fit our architectural concept?×
Yes. Bespoke design is built around your concept, your materials and your site, with respect for the heritage and environment around it.
This is placemaking: a play space that belongs to its place instead of being added on top of it.
Do you handle EN 1176 compliance for the whole play lot?×
Yes. We design, build and certify to EN 1176, and independent verification takes place before the area opens.
That removes a technical risk from your project and keeps your tender documents simple.
Can you take part in co-design with clients and users?×
Yes. We work with you and your client on usage, audiences and story, and we can include users in the process when the project calls for it.
The design is refined together before it is engineered.
What technical documents can you provide?×
We can share project references, technical details and brochures for architects, and prepare the documents your project needs.
