A poetic and sensory journey into the world of The Little Prince at the heart of the Belle Épine shopping centre

Within the Belle Épine shopping centre, the client wanted to create a free-access indoor play space that was distinctive and interactive, in keeping with a venue welcoming young audiences.
The project is based on a universal theme: The Little Prince, reimagined in a contemporary way. The challenge: strengthen the centre's appeal and loyalty through an iconic, safe and durable play space.

We imagined a space where the child is no longer a spectator but an actor in the story: here, the child is the Little Prince. The storytelling, inspired by Saint-Exupéry, invites a sensory journey through the desert, the planet, the Rose, the Fox and the voyage.

An iconic 1.90 m aeroplane, reached by a climbing wall, houses a cockpit. A slide, a tunnel, a tubular structure, a course of ten rocks and the Fox sculpture complete the adventure. Kind messages encourage curiosity and respect for nature.

The space develops overall motor skills and balance, stimulates the imagination and symbolic play, and fosters emotional and sensory awakening. It conveys educational values and encourages curiosity, kindness and respect for the environment.
