At Les Flâneries, 500 m² of active design turn a shopping centre entrance into a playground for all generations.

At the Les Flâneries shopping centre, an entrance facing the car park offered a functional welcome, with no invitation to stop. The challenge was to revitalise this space.
Across 500 m² in the open air, the project transforms this transit zone into a multi-generational play and sports space, making the centre a destination where people also come to move, play and share.

We imagined a graphic landscape that makes you want to get moving. Active design is the common thread: colours, shapes and floor markings give rise to new uses.

The Parkour modules from the Playable range invite people to climb and work on their balance. A multi-hoop basketball stand and a pump track complete the experience, from a first ride on a balance bike to challenges between friends.

The space brings physical activity into everyday life. The courses call on balance, coordination and motor skills, while free play stimulates the imagination. The variety of options encourages encounters between generations.
