The only indoor slide at a motorway service area in France: a steel spiral linking the two levels of the Bosgouet Sud service area.

On the A13, the Bosgouet Sud service area has been completely renovated: a two-storey glass building that reinterprets Norman half-timbering, with restaurants, a shop and relaxation areas.
The ambition was to make the break a moment of enjoyment, with a strong identity feature at the heart of the dining room. The project is a slide linking the two levels of the building, at once an architectural element, a service for travellers and a playful signature.
Intended for the whole family, it had to blend into the architecture of the place and be safe and durable, for intensive use in a high-traffic location.

With this slide, we imagined that a stop on the motorway could also be a moment of play. More than a piece of play equipment, it becomes the architectural centrepiece of the dining room and a strong identity marker for the food court.
Made entirely of steel and helical in shape, it spirals down from one level to the other and opens onto a panoramic window. To our knowledge, it is the only motorway service area in France to offer an indoor slide.
Designed for the whole family, it delights children and adults alike. Because on the road to holidays or business trips, a break can also mean fun.

The slide turns the break into a moment of enjoyment, conviviality and shared play, for children and adults alike. It gives families a real break before getting back on the road, after a meal or a moment of relaxation.
